Privacy policy for applicants
The protection of your personal data during the entire application process is an important concern for us. For the whole application process, the German data protection law is applying. As our company is registered and operated in Germany and there for subject to German law only, please understand that all contracts as all regulations according to German law need to be followed.
Please read the following information carefully. By sending your application (data) to us by e-mail, you agree to the collection, processing and use of your personal data by our company as described here.
If you do not agree to the above-mentioned data protection policy, we ask you to refrain from sending us your application.

Personal data and earmarking
The subject of data protection is personal data (Art. 4 No. 1 DSGVO). This is individual information about personal or factual circumstances, such as name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, which you provide to us as part of the application process:
- Personal master data (e.g. applicant name, address, date of birth)
- Communication data (e.g. telephone, e-mail)
- Data of the applicant’s resume (e.g. professional career, side jobs, leisure activities)
- Results of selection procedures (e.g. tests, interviews)
- Process data (e.g. status, dates)
Your personal data will be stored and used electronically for the sole purpose of processing your application.
Legal basis
The processing of your personal data is subject to the provisions of art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a. DSGVO, since you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes before completing the application.
Consent to processing and use
You agree that during the application process, employees of the management, the human resources department, the respective department and the responsible body (works council, if applicable, disabled persons’ representative body) may have access to your personal data. Your data will be used exclusively by a limited group of users. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties in any form by us or by persons commissioned by us, unless we are obliged to pass on such data due to mandatory legal regulations (e.g. to state institutions).
Order data processing
We have not commissioned a 3rd company to process your data. Your data sent to us will only remain with us in the company.
Storage and deletion of data
The general statutory retention and deletion periods apply. We will delete your data in accordance with the relevant legal provisions after completion of the respective job filling process.
Access and use of your personal data by our company is then no longer possible.
Data transfer to third countries
There is no data transfer to third countries.
Right of access and correction, right of revocation
You have the right to update the personal data provided by you at any time by notifying the recipient or requesting its deletion. You can determine yourself which information you make available to us. Fields marked with an * are mandatory fields, which we require for the application process. Fields not marked with an * can be filled in voluntarily. You are responsible for all contents of your online application, such as photos, and must take personal responsibility for compliance with legal requirements, such as trademark, copyright, personal or other rights of third parties.
You have the right to data transferability and the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
You are entitled to revoke your consent to the use of personal data at any time.
Obligation to provide data
If you do not provide us with the mandatory information described in the previous chapter, it is unfortunately not possible for you to apply to us electronically via this career page.
Security
Data protection and data security have top priority for us. We therefore use various technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized third parties.
In the event of the collection and processing of personal data within the above-mentioned framework, this information is transmitted in encrypted form to ensure that your data is always sufficiently secure. We continuously adapt these measures to technical developments in order to achieve the greatest possible security.
